Folks,
Smartyhost have upgraded our hosting factlities. During this process some file permissions were changed and a couple of account names and passwords changed. These changes caused the News page and the forums to stop working. Hopefully I’ve been able to correct the issues.
Cheers,
Dan

…and I don’t mean spiced ham.
I’ve been having a lot of trouble with spam comments in the news site so I’ve upgraded the blogging software to version 2.01 and installed an anti-spam filter. You will notice the change in the template of the news site. Hopefully you’ll also notice the lack of rubbish comments for the posts.
Cheers,
Dan
G’Day folks.

My thoughts and those of other members that the most notable event held in Victoria by the Victorian Club, has to have been the LAST AUSTRALIA DAY EVENT, 2005. A small committee organised this day with one member doing an outstanding effort for the club. PLEASE CONSIDER THIS EVENT WHEN NOMINATING YOUR CANDIDATE FOR CLUBMAN of the YEAR 2005.
NEXT GENERAL MEETING, DEEPDENE, NOVEMBER 23rd, at 8pm.
Best Wishes to All and Safe Driving,
Norm McClure.

G’Day,
Over the last week or so there have been some changes made to the look of the site. Over time this will continue while we search for a look that best fits. So from time to time thing may be broken. Please bear with us and if something is broken, then don’t hesitate to report it.
Some more content has been added in the form of the Events page. This page should reflect the current and future of the events being run by the club and the state branches.
Cheers,
Dan
Welcome folks to the Singer Car Club of Australia website.
While still rough and incomplete we figured it would be better to get it active and in use. Please feel free to make suggestions about site contents and layout and please report any broken links. Don’t forget to register on the forums!
